Lets see So I bought the el cheap o ebay one with the crappy filter and it works great. I got better gas mileage and more seat of the pants power. I think I spent like 30 bucks. I haven't had any problems at all. And on cold days it works even better.

Hmm I'm not sure how it works. Differant settings. Not sure if it only works with autos or manuals only. trying to figure it out.

So I was just told of a computer swap, It is to swap a 90-95 cammry 3.0l computer for a 3.0l 4runners computer, direct bolt up, and it greatly increases the power out put. As the guy said he did it and his 94 runner ran like a raped ape. Any one else try this? Any info would be great.

So I have an 92 4runner with 31X10.5X 15 tires. What is the most common lift setup? 3inch body lift and 4 inch suspension lift? What are the better brands of these lifts? Any to stay away from? And real pains in the ass with these lifts?

YEAH I bought mine for 3900.00 dollars. It has 145k on it. both recalls haver been done by previous owner. I am the third owner. Mine looks brand new. perfect interior. all windows work. fully loaded. power everything. 5spd, with 3slow, 4x4. It needs new tires and an oil change. I like it alot...

Hmm You need some back presure for the engine to function. I'm not to sure how much, as I just bought a yota and haven't made it that far. As far as the cat goes, It helps to burn off and filter that rotten egg smelling stuff. I would think moving the o2 sensor down the exhaust system would...

I'm looking for a 90-95 passenger front fender from 4runner. No dents. Don't care if paint is ugly, I will need to repaint it white. Or if you have a white one that would be even better. Let me know. Justin

Hmm I would think you would be better of replacing the whole intake filter side of it. Why spend money on a factory highflow replacment filter,and then have to spend more money to replace that with a high flow kit. Just do it all at once.

Thanks Thanks guys.I found it the next morning when I had decent light. I had been searching for awhile. Then I found this one. The only thing missing is a tow hitch. I a few months it will get a 4inch lift and a 3 inch body life, and some 35's.

I finally found a good 4runner. 3slow with a 5spd, 1992 4x4, all power options, sunroof, door locks, windows. 145k miles, perfect interior. for 3900 dollars. Only problem is how the hell do I get the gas door open, were is the button???? HELP!!!!!!

HMMM Getting a 3.4 donor vehicle shouldn't be that hard. Just go to an auto action and find a rolled yota. Then buy the kit from these guys. www.offroadsolutions.com/products/engine_upgrades.htm Looks pretty straight forward.

HMM I would think a good tune up. Headers, new high flow cat, new exhaust, high flow airfilter. That's about it. There doesn't seem to be alot of engine hop ups for 4runners, in 1st gen, and 2 gen.
