I got a 92 4runner

I finally found a good 4runner. 3slow with a 5spd, 1992 4x4, all power options, sunroof, door locks, windows. 145k miles, perfect interior. for 3900 dollars. Only problem is how the hell do I get the gas door open, were is the button???? HELP!!!!!!

there is a lever you pull drivers side left side under the dash it is sort of hidden because it is the same color as the dash, near your hood latch, it should be marked with a gas pump.

It's right in the same darn spot the hood latch should be! I pull it all the time to get under thehood and hear the latch in the rear come open....DOH! Wow good deal on your runner. I feel like a fool for paying 6250!

Thanks guys.I found it the next morning when I had decent light. I had been searching for awhile. Then I found this one. The only thing missing is a tow hitch. I a few months it will get a 4inch lift and a 3 inch body life, and some 35's.

Picked it up last Friday.
125k miles and pretty clean, although the previous owner was a smoker, so I'm trying to get the smell out.

I bought mine for 3900.00 dollars. It has 145k on it. both recalls haver been done by previous owner. I am the third owner. Mine looks brand new. perfect interior. all windows work. fully loaded. power everything. 5spd, with 3slow, 4x4. It needs new tires and an oil change. I like it alot for my first toyota/4runner.

Wow that's a good looking truck! I'm kinda in the same boat you were in. What are your initial impressions? I know about the head gasket recall, is there anything else I should be looking for when purchasing a 2nd gen 4 Runner? Thanks!
