To fold you use an exacto knife, but just skore it, so you leave the back side uncut. that gives you the ability to fold it. Pretty simple, sharp knife, ruler, and practice.

Ya i realized this. I added two side pieces to it, just so it cant bend or twist. If you are thinking of doing some considerable towing you could box this in or you heavy plate. I just knew i wouldn't be doing anything crazy, its a v6 after all :sobbing:

Ya i used the plasma for all of it, then i ground it down to my lines. it worked okay, but it was hard to get both of the sides exact. The band saw was easier for straight lines.

I think i figured it out. The rattling wasn't from the previously thought sway bar although those bushings are rotten as well. It was from the exhaust which sheered off right after the heading. I'm going to try welding it back on without blowing a hole through the steel and see how well that works.

I just returned what I had and got one that's like that but still is a fender position. Question though... It has the male wire connection but, I don't know if I want to try to run it all the way through to the radio. I would rather cut and sauder the two wires together. Is this a bad idea...
