warped rotors., jack one side up and spin the tire, if you can hear the caliper kinda catch and release the rotor, and also you might be able to see it catch and let go. just replaced rotors, or get em turned. Mine is also a 05 sr5 v8 and its doing the same thing now.

you could jack each tire up and spin it to see if you get and noise. At the same time you might have to have load on the wheels to get them to make a noise if it is in fact the wheels/bearing/hub. Is it engine noise? Can you make the car make the noise while in N and increasing idle. If then...

so, if you checked the lights and they are still good then you need to check power at the cluster at the harness. if you have power there then the cluster is probably a goner. I would look on ebay or a junkyard to fine the parts, and btw that computer might have it own fuse.

Look at your ball joints. They might be popping when your hitting the bumps. You could try and spray some lube, PB blaster or wd40, and go over a few bumps and see if it still makes the noise. Make sure you get em nice and lubed, the wetter the better.

I've done two jeeps with purple in the rear diffs. The main difference i saw saw about 20-30 more miles on a full tan. Both jeeps had a 20gal tanks, both with the 4.0l. I think I'm going to do the rear diff. and see if if i get any better mileage. If i do, then I'll move to the front diff..

Has anyone added royal purple to their differentials? I've done it before on other cars and had some pretty good success. Just wondering if anyone has done it, and if they noticed any type of improvements.

Do you guys use anti-seize on your plugs? I mean 100K is a lot of miles on plugs, so i would like to use anti-seize. At the same time i have heard that using it cold have negative effects. Comments?
