I replaced the relay already. Compressor seems fine. And it only happens when its very hot after running. I will jumper the pressure switch next time it happens to see if it turns on.that switch is a simple two wire plug.

I own both and hands down 4th gen.

I used my bench vise. Just support the outer perimeter on the front so the bearing had room to travel and use a socket that fits the opening on the backside. A little wd40 help too. Mine have always just pressed out without damage.

Just remember the pulley bolt is reverse threaded. Clockwise removes the bolt.

Im fairly certain the pink stain at the back of your truck is mobil 1 bearing grease slung all over by the U-joints. That pink blog is a dead give away.
