Yes, I had alignment done after the lift was installed.
I knew anything over 3" would require UCA's. That's why I wasn't gonna go over that. But now I don't think I can install bigger tires w/o either spacers or aftermarket wheels - something I wasn't planning on doing.
Been driving the 4runner around for 2 days now with the new lift. I'm happy with it, but really hoping for some feedback on this.
Right now looks like my options are wheel spacers of aftermarket wheels.
I don't think I can fit any larger tires on without rubbing.
I had the same issue with the rear diff today at Valvoline. Even with penetrating oil they had no luck.
I'm thinking I better take it to Toyota now as it may likely need a new plug when they get the old one off. Hoping there is no damage.
I just had the Icon Stage 1 kit installed on my 06 Runner. I have not yet installed larger tires as I'm trying to decide on what size to run and if I want to do any trimming.
My truck has stock 16" wheels. It really looks like any larger tires are going to rub on the stock upper control arms...
I actually replaced the battery about a month ago. Shouldn't the computer have reset it by now?? It runs fine, just the problem when stopped.
