I agree with the snow up here. Usually the rust in Edmonton is not bad due to the dry weather. The NY vehicle is a 2011 as compared to a 2010 in Oregon. I am negotiating on a 2011 4x4 4Runner in NY thats got 5300 miles on it. Will be bringing it up to Canada. There is another 4Runner, a 2010 in Oregon for $2500 more with 7000 miles. Do I need to be worried with Rust on the NY vehicle since I am more inclined on getting that one at the lower price?
