currently i have a 2000 4runner highlander edition and in gonna/searching for a newer gen with the v8 and was wondering how the engine sounds with a decently straight thru exhaust, like a 40 series flowmaster? thanks for the help in advance

thanks, that does help, i want to do things to my 3rd gen but i would also like to upgrade to a newer model and the 10/11 are still too expensive right now, i wanted the v8 cause of the sound and what its been capable of in the tundra, im gonna test drive a couple next week to see how i feel...

thanks, i was really wanting it to be something to do with the breaks, i only bought it prob a month ago and the dealership i got it from told me to bring it down monday so ill let him know and try to get out of paying for it, thanks for the help

ever since the temp dropped my rear pass wheel in the morning has been locking up in drive but wont in reverse, i have to go from reverse to drive before it breaks free, im thinking its the rear drum but i dont want it to have anything to do with the axle, when you do move forward with enough...

its silver and the hhod scoop is factory, it only has 99k on it and im getting it for 9,400$ so im pretty happy with price and all that but was wanting to make sure the 4wd setup it has is a good one, thanks for the replies,,,,,,, and no on the sport edition badges, at least i dont remember them...

im probably going to buy a 2000 4runner tomm and i was wondering how the 4wd system is, from what ive read they are 2wd and when you lock in 4wd it turns it into a awd setup unless you have the rear diff lock? am i correct in this assumption? thanks for any help(edit) it has the etc button so...
