Gen 4 Pace Setter Exhaust Manifolds / Headers

Yep, they crack just as easily as the stockers. I agree with the above post that they just can't take any amount of weight on them. Installing the flex pipe from a front wheel drive car into the passenger side of my y- pipe has prevented my passenger side manifold from cracking again but...

Gen 4 Pace Setter Exhaust Manifolds / Headers

I had the exact same experience with my Magnaflow manifolds they cracked shortly after replacing them. I also had to replace my Y-pipe since the stock one had rusted out that was also Magnaflow and that didn't line help correctly. rrectly. I had a garage weld in a flex pipe section for a front...

    New Gauge Problem

I checked the LED that I replaced and the polarity is correct. That's the only thing I touched besides the stepper motor which came be soldered in backwards due to the pin layout. It's just odd that the gas gauge would bad after replacing an LED, which is why I suspect another tiny component on...

    New Gauge Problem

Well it wasn't the stepper motor. I replaced it and the guage is still malfunctioning. Probably an uber sensitive component on the board got fried from the heat of the solder iron. Oh well, time for a new set of gauges

    New Gauge Problem

Thanks for the replies everyone! At this time I've resigned myself to the stepper motor that moves the gas gauge needle. emelianenkov, I initially thought perhaps it was binding but I've since reset the needle numerous times, pressing it in to various depths but to no avail. I tried to zero...

    New Gauge Problem

Some time ago I did a full LED swap in my 05 V8 including the gauge cluster. After a while one of the LEDs near the gas gauge stopped working. I finally got around to replacing it (the LED now works BTW) and now I have an interesting problem- the gas gauge has gone crazy! Check the video out-...

Calling all V8 Magnaflow Exhaust Manifold Owners!

Earlier this year I broke down and replaced my passenger's side manifold on my 05 v8. I dealt with the ticking sound for almost two years and it finally got to the point that it never went away and sounded like the motor was going to let loose- very embarrassing. I bought the Magnaflow Direct...

V8s: stop the oil change craze!

I bought mine with 117K on it with two previous owners so I had no idea how it was treated. I decided that I'll put German Castrol 0Ww-30 in like I have been doing with my other vehicles as of late. After 8K miles I decided to change out the GC because I was too scared to go 10K and sent a...

    exhaust leak after manifold replacement

I've been dealing with a cracked passenger side manifold for a long time and the noise finally got so bad i decided to get it replaced. It stopped getting quiet when the engine was warm and was much louder then it used to be so I gave in and bought the Magnaflow direct fit manifold and Felpro...

FS 4th Gen Sport Edition 17 inch wheels $200 OBO Albany NY

Taking that approach, two boxes, each 20X20X24 containing two wheels each is actually more expensive to nova scotia- 211.93. And you still have one more loose box for the spare wheel that needs to be shipped.

FS 4th Gen Sport Edition 17 inch wheels $200 OBO Albany NY

226.80 for shipping alone to your zip. Like I stated in the original post, I would prefer local pickup as shipping is a lot for wheels; you have five boxes each about 25.5 lbs, 20X20X12 each.
