    failed inspections

Upon further inspection I found that the flange to the crossover / manifold was where the leak was . I found the three studs were hand loose ,so I tighten them up and there is no leak anymore and I passed inspection. Mike

They wanted $1200.00 to replace a flange gasket at the driverside manifold, crossover connection! Are they out of their mind. I going to do it myself ,or have a muffler shop cut out the crossover pipe and fabricate a y pipe. What do you think? Shouldn't cost more than $400 to have exhaust shop...

    failed inspections

From what I can tell its leaking around the exhaust manifold flange. I put my hand down around that area on a cold start and found exhaust leaking at the flange . Also I pin pointed it with a seafoam treatment. I like the flowmaster but ill see when I get to the muffler shop. Mike
