Just an update for everyone who helped! I decided to just order a new MAF. Got a denso part 197-6020 for $70 off Amazon. Works perfectly. Throttle response is great! No more hesitation! Thanks guys.

No check engine light at all. How do you test the resistance? Just put a meter on the pins? If it was bad wouldn't it throw a code?

I replaced the TPS thinking that was it too but didn't fix it.

I just put the parking brake on and had someone rock the truck back and forth while i was under trying to get the bolt in. The lower arms a piece of cake. The uppers are a PITA. I had to sawzall off a frozen bushing on one of mine.
