So I contacted Toyota (Gatorland Toyota in Gainesville, FL) and it's $300 for the OEM plastic panel. Kind of a rip off, but it's pretty much the only way to achieve the OEM look. Just in case anyone wants to ask their particular dealer, tell them you need the plastic panel for the JBL...

Well a quick inspection of my rear area revealed this.. Guess I need to hunt the junkyards or buy the plastic panneling somewhere.
