Border411, can you share more information how you changed for accord, if you have any pics that would be great. BTW i used much cheaper air filter (~5 bucks from home depot) and changed it 3 months back, still works good.

I have been reading a lot of postings on how particular you all guys were when performing service on your 4R's, i wanted to do my own diff oil change and driveshaft lube but being in an apartment was not comfortable getting down the vehicle to perform the service with constant vehicular movement...

i plan to lube the driveshaft, today i sneaked under my 4runner to look for zerks and found 6 of them, one spider joint zerk on the rear near the diff, one spider and one slip on the rear near the transfer case, one spider joint zerk on the front near the diff, one spider & one slip joint zerk...

well i guess after fixing the rod i felt the glovebox now opens smoothly rather than opening with a jerk.

BTW what is the function of that arm on the right side of the glove box (circled in blue)
