I have seen that video and the problem is those are different shoes with different hand brake assemblies.

4wd SR5. Recently replaced the shoes on my rear brakes with a buddy of mine and we each tackled one side(at the same time unfortunately). Finished the job and now after pulling up on my hand brake a number of times it over tightens the shoes. The spring that connects to the adjustment lever...
