Here is the second picture:
After reading a little bit about the subject it seems that I will only need a body lift. Can you guys suggest a good brand that I could buy.
I just got my 4runner about one month ago and I want to lift it up. I don't know what type of lift I should buy or how much I want to raise it. I have seen a couple pictures of rides that are lifted and I want to lift mine to about the same height. I have attached two pictures about the rides I...
Re: Re: The 4runner I am going to purchase
Perfect. I just wanted to make sure it wouldn't leave a hole in the body or bumper of the car. The picture of the rear one looks like it might have been drilled into the side of the car. Know what I mean?
:biggrin2: it really does
I am going to hold my judgement until I see it in person. It looks quite striking. Gives off a powerful look. It reminds me of a school bus crossed with a whale.
I plan to purchase this runner today!
I have one question though: If I were to take off the front and rear "bumper guards" would it leave physical damage to the exterior of the truck? Or in other words, does the installation of these parts require drilling into the bumpers/body of the truck...
If I wanted to take off the front and rear bumper guards would it cause exterior damage to the vehicle? IE.. are the bumper protectors attached to the vehicle in such a way that removal will cause visible holes in the bumpers/body of the vehicle?

If anyone in New York would be...
Re: it's gone
The only reason why I would need 4WD is because I snowboard very frequently and I could definitely use it when I drive up to the mountains. I am on the snowboard team at my school and I try to go up to Mammoth every other weekend. Albeit there is not snow on the road at all...
That would be amazing if you could check it out for me. I would sincerely be grateful for your help. It would be much easier than me flying to Denver and checking it out for myself. O man, I am really happy you guys would be willing to go somewhat out of your way in order to help me out. Thanks...
Thanks a lot for the advice. I hope to purchase this 4runner next week. Hopefully it will still be available by then. He said the only exterior damage was to the rear bumper. He said he would repace it to as new condition for $500 extra dollars. He also said I could get a 7year, 150,000 mile...
