yeah, still kind of in the dark about how to get the codes. I guess a parts place can test it for me? that what several websites are saying.

Just recently when I would start up my automatic Trans '93 4runner, V6, 2WD, when I would put it in drive and press the gas, it would rev up but not move...maybe just barely, very slowly. I would shift it all the way down to 1st and it would go normally and then I would go to 2nd then into drive...

Yeah, the heater and everything worked fine before. I had no issues whatsoever. I friend of mine also said that the heater core might have went out.but it worked great before. I'm gonna have to take all his apart and check out the timing again, but im pretty sure that its still good as well...
