You were correct. It was something loose in the bulb, not in the harness. I swapped left and right bulbs and the problem followed the bulb. New bulb=problem solved. Thanks, Glenn

One of my headlights is out. It comes on when I jiggle the wire so I assume it is the wiring harness. Is there anyone with a parts diagram that is willing to help me find the harness part number?

Short answer: I'm a dumbass. Long answer: Free tire rotation and balance, and they replaced the broken studs. I had stopped going there and then the Toyota dealer broke a stud so I think the damage is already done. I won't buy my next set of tires there.

OP Here - I finally swapped the leaking X-REAS for Bilstein 5100s. I really like the new setup. I didn't realize how bad my X-REAS had gotten until I put the new ones on. Thank you all for the good advice!

Thank you all for the input. I found a place near me (in Katy, TX) that will do Bilsteins on all four wheels for $840 parts and labor. That sounds way better than $3400 and leaves me open for future lifting. Glenn
