@ LittleCaesar - I found it here in town (lyman). Friend of mine owns a dealership and he had it on his lot (he picked it up last week). He didn't know i was looking, he just knew it was rare. More pictures to come once I get out of WORK!!

Title says it all. Just picked up today. 129k - garage kept. Leather - no rips or cracks. Only thing missing is rear locker. Will post more pictures as I get them.

I've found another and want the opinion of y'all again... found a 2001 4x4, locked, 120k on the odo. It has some dings and dents, but never wrecked, clean carfax. Not much on maintenance from the Carfax. It was lease 2 times, then owned by the toyota dealers son. I've attached some photos...

Thanks for the replies everyone. It's all to easy to get caught up in the excitement of a rare find. I was already nervous about the mileage and work, you guys just confirmed it. :thanks:

I'm new here. I had an FJ cruiser and sold it and miss the toyota. I've been looking at a few different 4runners in the area, from 96-99 mostly and came across this and want the opinion of y'all. 97 5spd with 200k on it. Owner just did a head job due to blown head gasket, machined the heads...
