2001 4runner SR5

I've found another and want the opinion of y'all again... found a 2001 4x4, locked, 120k on the odo. It has some dings and dents, but never wrecked, clean carfax. Not much on maintenance from the Carfax. It was lease 2 times, then owned by the toyota dealers son.

I've attached some photos. Assuming the motor checks out well by my mechanic, what do you guys think a good price on this 4runner is? As of now I know it needs timing belt, new tires, and the dents in front/back repaired.

I would say $6500 to $7000 max. Knowing it need the timing belt and what not. It is 10 years old...

That's not an e-locker, FYI.

Keep in mind that when you say "locked" this is the center differential lock and not the rear e-locker. 2000 was the last year to have a factory rear differential lock (Unless there is some sort of custom diff lock installed)
