So today I accidently took out my deck while the music was on still and now there is no sound from my speakers...like i cant hear anything from them but my sub works perfect so now all i hear is bass.. what coul dbe the problem?

top of the line, wont be disapointed, waht i have is a 12" W7 made my JL audio. the thing is a beast... 1,000 wats. IT WILL OUTPERFORM ANY OTHER SYSTEM YOU SEE (unless the other car is made for car shows) I GUARANTEE IT. This thing is so loud and crisp and the low to mid to high bass...

Yes, the volts drop whent he base hits, but before it was a constant 14.4 or so without the base but now its around 11.5 or so...which isnt good. So the grounding could be an issue? I'll have to check that, thanks.

So I'm running a 12" W7 from a 1000/1 amp, so with the install I had to get a new battery to support it all...got a optima yellow top battery with 0 gauge wiring to the amp. anyways everything was runnign awesome....but when i did the install (did it myself) when i went to pick up the battery...

i need help on ideas of where to put the amp and how to "bolt" it down, aka secure the sub and amp so that they dont slide around my trunk when i drive.

hrmm if your going to install a NICE system that pounds, you might want to get a better deck to control everything and manage the power output and such, or else you risk blowing out yuour equipment and/or loosing a lot of performance. Just drop like 100 bucks on a simple deck or go all out with...

yeah I'm thinking of covering it but I want to get a plan to secure it and a nice place for the amp first before i do anything else, cuz now i gotta drive so cautiously..like i cant even accelerate quickly or else it might slide back and bump into something. I'm probably gonna go with black...
