Hello, No fluid comes out of anything when replacing the shafts. You may loose some grease from the hubs but that is it. Both the original Toyota shaft and the NAPA shaft are the exact same. I will do a write up once I get this problem figured out. Karl

The problem I am having is that I can't get the snap ring back on the shaft. Yes I am using snap ring pliers. I just can't get the outboard side of the shaft to come out of the hub enough to get the snap ring on. I hope this explains the issue better, Karl
