Update: I checked the voltage again and was at 13.3 idling. I removed the neg cable from the battery terminal and there was all kinds of crud inside the neg cable connector that wasn't visible with it attached to the negative post. I cleaned it all out and tested again. Now I'm at 14.2 idling...
