I received an invoice from internet fleet mgr today. At the bottom price breakdown it's kind of cryptic, it says "Memo - Total Amounts included Above:" and then lists holdback and wholesale reserve. I'm guessing this means these prices are buried in the invoice price somewhere? Or does...
