sounds like the power steering belt could use some adjusting....i just did mine this morning cause of the same problem! everything is fine until i turn the wheel all the way (both ways) then the belt will start screeching...

if you live in usa, you don't need DRL (i could be wrong tho, check your state laws)...so yes, your cheapest solution would be to disconnect the DRL. To do so, open your hood and look at the battery. Mounted between the battery and the fender, is this little grey box with a black cage around...

I did my search, and nothing came up... I just bought a 99 T4R and i noticed that the driver visor has no mirror! Yes, I have to check out myself while i'm driving. Did any newer 3rd gen's ever get the mirror on the driver visor? If not, i guess i'll have to order the jdm passenger visor...
