Update Problem solved! Terminal 3 on the alternator plug (which is the sense wire) had no power. I checked and had no continuity between there and Plug EA1, terminal 4 (EA1 is the plug connecting alternator and starter to the Engine Fuse Box). After looking into it, I found a break in the wire...

Did replacing the piezo solve the problem? I'd like for mine to work again... It worked prior to me doing the timing belt and valve cover gaskets.
