Damn, I'm sold. I have a '00 Limited (silver) that I would love these on. I've got to ditch the OE running boards first though.

Probably just projectors and the labor. I would assume your housings, no ballasts or bulbs. Maybe just labor. The last TSX retrofit I did on my old Honda, I was $400 in the hole for parts... not including my stock housings. TSX non-fresnal projectors - Philips D2S 4300k - Hella Gen III ballasts

These are DIODES, not light bulbs. As such they require 100% current to operate properly. The dimming of LEDs can only be achieved via (PWM) pulse width modulation.

That's a damn good looking bumper... I'm a little confused about the material gauge though. Is this not a winching bumper? Seems to me that unless it's 1/4" plate you're going to bend or worse, rip this right off. I'm temped to copy this in thicker material.

Whilst warm? Cold? Does the ticking increase/decrease with vehicle speed? First thing that comes to mind is an exhaust manifold gasket leak.

Slight popping, I'm guessing it's either a fuel or MAF? TPS? Lead foot?... hell yes. But, typically only when I'm passing. That's where it falls flat.

Good morning, I'm Russ... picked up a 'new to us' 2000 4Runner Limited a few months back with 110k on the clock. So far the truck is great and everything seems to work. (knocks on wood) I've already upgraded the tires and head unit. The major service was just completed less than 5k ago...
