hi all i know how to compression test a petrol engine ,do them regularly. how do i test my diesel engine as it has no spark plugs to screw tester in. is a different tester completely used ?

yeh i know what ya saying. desperate times come for desperate meeasures :( so i plan on getting all new gear but will be a couple of weeks off unfortunatly. what should i do for now? put the old assembly back on? should i try fit brand new pitman arm i have, or wait till i have all the new...

yes it has a boost guage installed. it is the small vacuum line you see in the 2nd pic connecting to the inlet manifold more towards front of engine
