hey guys, i bought my 4th gen awhile back. i haven't noticed until one of my passengers pointed out to me. there is a screen that seems to be a lcd screen on the back of the rear map light console facing the rear passengers. but nothing is displayed on it. can someone please tell me what does it do?

i actually like the rear window open when im driving in the city, if i roll the front windows down there will be alot of bufferning wind, but if i roll the front windows and back window down than almost don't feel any wind

well i replaced the sensor for the flat tire monitor for the spare. i never went to the dealer to register it. my light on the cluster would just flash forever.it is annoying but between me being busy and lazy to go to the dealer i would just allow it to flash. until 3 days ago it stopped...

That's why I think the best thing to do is call corporate. ***** and moan and u might get what u want. I see it in my job all the customers call corporate and cry. Corporate will bend over backwords for them.

Also have they looked at the truck again. If you took the hids out what are they saying it is. Did they damage a control unit. They need to tell you exactly what happened. Also if they replaced any parts make sure they retuned the old part to you. Just so you can inspect it. Look for corrosion...

My advise is, 1-call toyota corporater complain and ask for them to help you with this situation or .2 tell them u will take it to another dealer and if they find it. Being a manufacture default then they have to refund your money. 2

thanks guys, for all your help. you have helped me make my mind. i will get the headrest dvd. reasons is the headlinner mounted system will block my rear view mirror and it will have a bad viewing angle for my daughter. Now it seems like common sense, but i wasn't thinking about those reasons...
