I guess the best thing for me is to possibly buy a set of after market cheap set of Black steel wheels . My stock wheels are peeling and corroded from the salt here in the north east . Maybe Pep Boys or someplace like that may throw in mounting and balancing . I've heard that Chevy 17" rims...

I towed my enclosed bike trailer with my Boss Hoss motorcycle in it to Daytona and back with my 2004 V6 4 runner , about 3500 lbs. total . Only got about 10 miles per gallon cursing at about 70-75 . I installed a trans cooler before I left and it seemed to work fine but the V6 did a lot of down...

On a 2004 V6 4 runner typically what would cause Maint to light up on the instrument panel ? I know it could be several things but what should I check first ? Thanks , Jack

Today I had a stock muffler and pipe installed without a resonator and had the pipe angled out just below the rear quarter panel . Sounds a little mellower I think than it would have sounded with the resonator .

Well my muffler and resonator (my resonator looks like a smaller muffler not shaped like a football) both have holes in them so whatever way I go I would like to have only a muffler , no resonator as long as it doesn't effect performance or mileage . If the exhaust tone is throatier sounding...

Now when you say leave the resonator are you referring to the small muffler looking thing at the rear of the exhaust system ? If so I couldn't have a short pipe after the muffler extending out the side in front of the rear tire ? Thanks , Jack
