No. It has screws that clamp it to the hood from underneath. It takes a small screwdriver and either a good eye to put it in the middle of the hood or a small ruler/tapemeasure. 10 minutes tops.

Couldn't help but read this one and agree with them. It's a funny thread but I guess it's a Southern thing. The tingly feeling (menthol) and the dryness make it a winner. If you haven't tried it, don't knock it!

I have the ones that stick in the upper window. I've never had a problem with them and they are bigger than the stick on types. Either way, it does make the vehicle cooler when the suns out and you can keep the windows cracked when it's raining.

Bought March 2004, at 24,000 right now. Wouldn't get rid of it unless offered a newer one! Best vehicle I've ever owned - by far!
