After much debating I have decided to sell my 4Runner to get something better equipped to tow a heavy RV, AKA Tundra.
This is a 2004 Sport Edition 4x4 with the v6. 43K miles. I have done most of the maintence myself and have most receipt and all logs. It has never let me down and has never had...
Alright, finally got around to getting them installed. Very happy with the results. Trust me, they look better in person than in the photos. Must be something with the flash or camera.
Pics....
I thinks the quality is very good. I was skeptical as well but I called them and they said they guarantee the quality and would refund if I didn't like it. IMO they are of better than the ones I've seen at the dealer and on par with my wifes Volvo S60.
When I get them installed I will know for...
Yeah, that is what happened. I didn't know that the X-SP was evan available or I probably would have ordered that. I'm on vacation this week and did not get a chance to get it to the installer before I left so i will have to wait a couple of weeks.
Glad to hear that suede is not that hard to...
I like working on things myself but this is something I don't feel like tackling on my own. I found a local shop to do it for around $140. Also having seat heaters installed at the same time.
Thanks for the quick reply. It makes sense now, I guess they sent me the X-SP package seat covers. I actually really like the looks of them and can't wait to have them installed.
Ok, so I got my leather set covers I ordered from accessoriesrusfl. I like the quality but did not expect to get perforated suede inserts on some of the surface. I have never had seats like these and was hoping for some inputs before I contact the company. I figure at the very least they will be...
Hey juneau92,
I just bought the Star Stream 21RB. Cool trailer, my first as well. I haven't picked it up yet though. I think the 21ft is 500lbs lighter than the 24ft and I plan on towing it with my V6 4X4. Even fully loaded I should not be over the 5000lb max. The dealer is putting on a...
Thanks for the imput. Yeah, I tried the key and nothing worked at all.
I'm not really sure how I did it but everything works as normal now. My wife also asked if I checked the window lock and I really hoped that I was not that stupid. The window lock lock was locked but even after I unlocked it...
Alright, here is the problem........Just installed a Scion HU and am very happy with the results and ease of installing. However, after everything was put back together, I found that my rear window will not go down. I tried the up/down btn up front, the btn on the remote and the key. Nothing...
I've pulled both a 2 axle and single axle with loads up to around 5k. I have the stock hitch. I think I have the 265/75 Revo's but can't remember off hand.
I haven't done a lot of towing after my cornfed lift and bigger tires, but what towing I have done I haven't noticed any change in stability. Honestly, I can't tell the differnce in towing from before to after the lift.
Re: Silent but Deadly
I know, for some reason there was a problem when I first registered and it took me a while to be allowed to post. Hope to be a little more active now.
