Was wondering if people have been fabricating tube/prerunner style bumpers for the 5th gens.

23,000 miles in a year and a half. no issues. mileage is actually pretty damn good in comparison to vehicles in the same category. i didn't really like the squishy suspension but some upgrades fixed that nicely. my gripe is that there isn't a v8 option.

i live in an apartment so i had to compromise. i got a rat terrier. she's small (10 lbs), active but not jack-russel-hyper, and easy to do stuff with outdoors without a leash.

hah! Well, it wasn't a planned trip. We took a detour after snowboarding at Mammoth mountain for the weekend and they wanted to see how far they could push the Mini (spoiler alert: not very far).

Crowley Lake, near Mammoth. We had another car load of people in a Mini Countryman. I had to play taxi because it couldn't make the climb.

275/70/17 might go up to 285s though.

i got my lift installed in june along with 275 tires and a uca. after the install the trac lights remained on. installers said i gotta check with the manufacturer, dealership tells me i gotta talk to the installers. toyota techs said the truck is running fine though. anyone have an issue...

how are those magnaflows, think you could post a video with how it sounds? i've been wanting a throatier exhaust note but haven't been impressed with what i've heard so far with most 5th gen exhaust options. i can't justify spending the money for such little benefits.

yeah, stopped at a local joint for korean bbq. as is typical of k-town, all the lots were jam packed and no one knows how to drive. i take it you saw the korean writing lol.

i like the cbi bumper but from what i understand you need to have the stock bumper installed and cut off a piece of it? i'd like a complete replacement.

Some nimrod rammed me and a prius that was parked next to me in a parking lot. His insurance is covering everything and I'll be needing a new rear bumper and possibly quarter panel. This means only one thing... time to buy an aftermarket bumper :)
