Rear wiper and window aren't working.

I have checked every single fuse. Is it possible it is a bad relay? Another odd thing, when I check the voltage on the pins to the wiper motor with it on I read 3V. Seems like it should be 12V or nothing.

The window is all the way up, where is this limit switch? Perhaps it went bad, because the window will not go up or down either.

Rear wiper and window aren't working.

I pulled off the panel and popped the power plug off of the wiper motor. There are five pins total, three pins on the top row and two pins on the bottom. I tested each pin for voltage. Two pins were hot with the rear window wiper switch on, great news right? Wrong, it was only reading 2.9...

    Not getting fuel

1998 V6 4x4 The fuel pump turns on but it won't start. I have sprayed a shot of ether in the intake to confirm that it is in time and has spark. I have confirmed that the pump is getting power and turning on. However, it isn't supplying fuel obviously. Two things I believe could cause...

Fuel Pump circuit not receiving power

Yep, the orange/blue wire to the pump is hot when grounded to the battery, but not when grounded to the harness.

Fuel Pump circuit not receiving power

Nevermind, B+ is hot in run, as it should be. I can't find a terminal map but I believe that circuit is behaving as you described. I'm starting to think there is a bad ground at the pump. I'll get back to you.

Fuel Pump circuit not receiving power

I don't have 12V at B+, at least not with the key off. What could be causing this?

Fuel Pump circuit not receiving power

I'm sure it would start if I were to hack the fuel pump to the on position and also crank it. I haven't done so though. I know it is in time and has spark because I shot a little bit of ether in it. I have checked both fuses and both relays in the circuit, but I haven't checked anything to...

Fuel Pump circuit not receiving power

That is not the issue. It went dead during regular driving conditions and the circuit hasn't been hot since.

Fuel Pump circuit not receiving power

1998 4x4 v6 The fuel pump will not turn on. I have jumped the terminals and verified that it still works. I have also checked both relays and ECM fuses and they are fine. I am not getting power to the back. The car was recently involved in a front end collision but that was a month ago...

Thank you Stick Figure, that might as well be a National Treasure to me right now.

Cut out and died, won't start.

You think it could be a bad ground? Also, can I access the wires from under the passenger seat?

Cut out and died, won't start.

1998 V6 4x4 4runner My dad was driving my sister's car on the interstate where it cut out and died. I jumped to the most obvious thing first and noted that the fuel pump was not cutting on when the key was turned over. I have a few questions about diagnostics for this thing, I am not a Toyota...
