Rear wiper and window aren't working.

I pulled off the panel and popped the power plug off of the wiper motor. There are five pins total, three pins on the top row and two pins on the bottom. I tested each pin for voltage. Two pins were hot with the rear window wiper switch on, great news right?

Wrong, it was only reading 2.9 V, and it is a 12V accessory. What could be eating up the voltage in the circuit? Do you have a diagram I could look at?

Did you check to make sure the rear window was completely up. If it doesn't make the limit switch in the up position, then the rear wiper, defroster and washer won't work.

The window is all the way up, where is this limit switch? Perhaps it went bad, because the window will not go up or down either.

My bad, I missed that you said the window wouldn't go up or down. Not sure, but I think the limit switch is inside the door. Have you tried both the dash switch and using the key in the door? Also, have you checked for a blown fuse?

I have checked every single fuse. Is it possible it is a bad relay?

Another odd thing, when I check the voltage on the pins to the wiper motor with it on I read 3V. Seems like it should be 12V or nothing.

Are you using a proper wiring diagram for the vehicle? All the rear door functions go through the Rear Door Module, the "odd voltage" you may be seeing could be voltage from the module which may be signal voltage of some kind.

Did u check the window lock button is not pressed.
