So jacked the back of truck high as I could and removed the DS and did not loose any transmission fluid. Replaced the u-joint (PITA) than put it all back together and while I was there changed the rear diff fluid. Did feel that the rear diff took more fluid than it should have by about 1/2...

Charged battery for and hour and it started, good news. Had to go out so shut it down and put on slow charge and when I got home hours later charger said that I have a fault in one cell of battery. New battery installed and hope its good to go. Thanks all!
