I'm thinking that Toyota care would just hand you the car back and say something like oil& filter are changed and 99% of the time no one would check. 4runner oil & filter appears to me to be a significant effort and little return for them.
Can Dealerships be trusted to actually do an oil change on a 4Runner and do it correctly? We had a Carolla years ago and the local dealer never did any of the work we paid them for and we only found out when an oil leak developed and the water pump failed just after paying for it to be replaced.
Synister, that is my thinking too, but then I look at all the advanced electronics and wonder what to do. I guess I have some time to think about it and hopefully we will get some more opinions here.
