I kind of figured it would be ok as the truck is, more or less, designed for such use. I'll be sure to be more active on maintenance with the increase in usage, but at least I'll know I have 4x4 when/if I need it on the trails.

The hardest part in replacing your cables is remembering traces. The loom that comes off of an OEM truck + is annoying. VERY worth while though, and while you're at it, replace all the other grounds with a single gauge up in size as well! I've been slowly replacing all the cables in my truck...
