in the 2nd gen 4runners some came with the 4cyl, others with the 6, then some came with the 31" tires and 4:88's with other options are their different models or what are they called? I've hunted with no luck..

my `95 came with the amp and rear tweeters, I bought an adapter and put in a pioneer with no problems at all, but since then I've installed a 4 channel amp, a mono block amp and installed all new speakers front and rear and a box. I didn't use the stock speakers in the rear, I bought 8" 3 way...

if anyone is interested in some great snow tires here's some info, I swear by them.. I run these for winter and snow wheeling, they dig great, hell they will dig all the way to the dirt under the snow.. I run them on my Ranger, Jeep and I've ordered a set for the 4Runner Mud Claws...

tried driving my car last winter car - meet ditch lol not going thru that this year, it's tucked away in moms barn..

living in North Dakota I can't wait, we get some great snow for wheeling and I don't have to go far for it, I can go 100' out my back door and be in the hills for some great snow wheeling.. here's a pic of a couple winters ago in my Ranger.. gassing up for some fun.. heading out the back...

what are the basic differences in a normal optioned 4runner and those that came with the tow package, 31" tires 4.88's and such is it just a heavy duty 4runner or are their other differences? I found my answer, some good info on this page.. link...

when I put my 4runner into 4H or 4L I can hear the click and feel it lurch as it kicks in but I don't get any light on the dash, but yet I can take it off road and you can tell it's engaged should I ignore it? edit.. when I have it in 4H in park I can't turn the front drive shaft

I have a chance to get a 1987 Toyota Supra Tubo'd car 230hp 240lb torque.. would this make for a good swap, the body is rusting off the car but the drive train is really strong, he offered it to me for $500 think it would fit?

did quite a bit to the 4runner so far, I think it's coming along nicely.. removed the running boards, painted the entire frame hammered black, ordered a new front and rear bumper for more clearance and weight reduction.
