Trying ecm / paperclip reset... Update: Did not work/help. Still no activity from fuel pump. Sent 12v to fuel pump directly and it 'should' work. Voltage from the plug with key in on position is just a few mv.

Still cranking no start after disconnected battery (12.7v, 1 year old). No fuel pump activity.

Thanks. Made sure the Oring was installed. Thinking now it might be related to anti-theft/vehicle immobilizer... working to defeat now (unplugged negative terminal, started a 30 min timer).

I replaced my 2006 fuel pump today with a kit from URD. Reinstalling the tank, I applied (and have since) discreet 12v to verify operation. Pump works in the tank. I verified the fuel pump relay works with another discreet 12v test circuit. I checked all fuses with exposed leads - tested good...
