I just service this car, not sure if it has a low oil light. Between all my kids and their cars, I service 10 cars, so hard for me to keep up. My granddaughter has been with me at many of the oil changes I have done, but had obviously not paid much attention when I was filling them back up.

By module, I mean when you take the driver side door trim piece out there is a piece that has a plug-in that consists of the 4 window switches plus the door lock switch and the child lock out switch. So 6 switches in all in that module. The square mirror switch transfers just fine and worked...

Thanks for the info, but I already had it done by the time I read this post. For any one else, I would take out the two nuts that hold the bracket in first. That makes for an easier/cleaner/faster removal. Didn't crack the gas cap so I probably made this harder for myself.

Do you need to remove the negative battery terminal? And is the filter going to leak a large amount of gas when you disconnect it(is it under pressure)?

Well, I read through the sticky's and the pink milkshake looked like the most troublesome maintenance issue. Since her car is 14 years old, it might make sense just to swap it out. Any idea on how much a new radiator would cost installed?

My daughter now has 130k miles on her 1998 4runner. She recently did her timing belt and has for the most part kept up with maintenance. What kind of mileage could one expect to get out of the average life expectancy? Any things that need to be done around this mileage that are common.
