Yes, after you have unscrewed the screw at the top you firmly pull the lamp straight towards you. You might have to put some real force into it.

I know there has been many questions about hood scoops. But does anybody know anything about this ? It is an extremely low price for a hood. If anybody can help me out at all or point me in a different direction I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

I am also very interested in getting a hood scoop for my 00' 4runner. I checked out parts train and it has a 'guarantee' that all of their products meet or exceed OEM products. Here Does anybody know if this not a very good buy, because of low price, and should I go a different route?? Thanks...

No, I'm not too sure that I am getting fog lights from Jason now. I am most likely going to get a brushguard from WAAG and mount some fog lights onto it. The brushguard that is on my runner now wasn't made for a 4runner (Stupid ppl who had it b4 me) But Let me know how it goes with Jason's fogs.
