Fender Flare weather lining

Hey all, I have searched through this site and yotatech and have found nothing on this subject. The weather lining on my fender flare (drivers side) keeps coming up and won't stay in. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem, and, if so, what kind of glue or other procedure have you used to make the lining stay in place? Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.

I had a similar problem today. I used a 3M Emblem Adhesive and it works great. It is about $6.00 a tube and available at auto body and paint supply stores.

Is that like a glue? Did you put it on the lining and then just place in into the fender flare?

It is glue. It sets up like a silicone and then it dries hard. I applied it, wiped away the excess. I used tape to hold everything in place until it dried.

The clips for my flare were broken and the flare started to pull away from the fender and that rubber strip was coming off too. I used that glue, taped it all back in place to hold and so far so good.I am not sure how long it takes to dry. I did not need my truck that day so I just let it sit all day but I think itis set within an hour or two.
