Would prefer it have minimal rust/rust-free. Looking for a good, reliable DD E-locker is optional, but preferred. If it doesn't have an e-locker, it has to have relatively low mileage (for a 4Runner haha). Preferably '97-'00 but I am open to other options. I live in the Midwest (Iowa). Thank you!
