Would prefer it have minimal rust/rust-free. Looking for a good, reliable DD

E-locker is optional, but preferred. If it doesn't have an e-locker, it has to have relatively low mileage (for a 4Runner haha). Preferably '97-'00 but I am open to other options.
I live in the Midwest (Iowa).

Assuming that Eddie doesn't end up buying it this week, I've got a fully loaded '97 Limited with 135k and a few tasteful mods I'm looking to sell. It's stored near Chicago right now.
 
I've got a white with tan interior 98 with 159k miles, it's been in California it's whole life and has a clean carfax. I just ordered new bfg's for it and I got a few mods.

Swapped the interior with limited seats
New k&n cold air intake
New 00-02 headlights
Swapped out all the bulbs for LED's
New suspension coming in this week with tundra TRD coils and ome 906, bilstein 5100 all around
New bfg's ko2 275/70/17 with limited sequoia rims

The owner before me took care of the drive belts and ball joints, here's a preview
