CL Find? - Need advice

Hey all, I found this on Craigslist and I have been talking to the owner about getting it. He said he has owned it since May of last year. I was wondering if you guys think it is worth it or if there is anything to be wary about. Thanks!

Looks like a good deal. Apparently owned by an enthusiest. 113k miles for 10800 on a V8 with good care and mods... I'd buy it.

He said for $10,800 he would replace the windshield too and lowest he would go is $10,500.

I offered him $10,000 cash but he said he wouldn't accept that low.

Have you checked Carfax (or a similar report) and/or the online Toyota service history? Those would be items 1 and 2 for me before even thinking about buying any vehicle, much less off Craigslist.

And he's only owned it since last May? Have you asked why he's selling so soon?

Not meaning to rain on your parade here but the last thing you want is for your enthusiasm to lead you into buying someone else's problem.
