Took almost a week for my springs to settle down. Heard a big bang one day while driving. When checked it was the springs settling in its spot.

My rear pads are due for replacement. I have replaced my front pads and were very easy. Are the rear pads re and re same as the front pads or do I need some special tools? I did do a search on google and this site but could not find any write ups. Thx for the help .
