Thx for the info. No, the rears (on my 2010 SR5) are different. It has two bolts (17mm) that you have to remove (bolt heads are on the inner side). I used a breaker bar to start them as they were torqued down tight. After starting, I just used a 3/8 socket to spin them out. I used a piece of coathanger to hold the caliper out of the way - after the bolts are out it just lifts out. Compressed the piston as with all other disc brakes.
I got Wagner ceramic brake pads for front and rear and they came with the inserts that go in the raceways. I prefer to replace those parts every time.
From start to finish, it took about 20 minutes per side and I was not pushing it.

Did you cut your rotors as well or just replaced the pads? I thought that it is best to cut the rotors when replacing the pads. I know back in the days this is what needed to be done or problems would evolve from not doing so. I don't know how the newer cars are now days. No, the rears (on my 2010 SR5) are different.
