Transformation of my truck within a year.

so I have a 1999 4Runner and I'm not even 100% sure I can do it this year truck but I'd like to try. But I couldn't seem to find vsc Ecu v18 plug anywhere, could someone tell me where it is located!?

I got the 890 coils

If I got an 3 inch ome suspension lift kit would I be able to pull a trailer just big enough for a few 4-wheelers? Or would my back end squat real bad? Just confused about how the different coils work....
