This sounds like a dying blower motor issue. I just had the exact symptoms in a Lexus. Use a multimeter to check for 12v at the blower motor. If you have 12v at the blower motor and the fan's not moving, replace the blower motor. Not hard to replace and not too expensive...

Looks like you have the right part number. And you won't hurt the hub. It only takes a few taps to get the stud out.

Make sure your replacement studs are 50mm long. Just learned this the hard way on a rear stud replacement that requires taking the parking brake/drum brake apart to get studs in/out. No joy.

Just purchased a used 2021 ORP and can’t get the fogs to work. I’m on low beam with fog switch on. Can hear the relay click on/off. Fuses under hood and inside look good/swapped for different fuses just to check. I’m at a loss other than contacting the dealer where I bought it. Any other ideas?

Check the rubber hood supports/stops in the engine bay. Turn them to raise them up just a touch and see if the squeak goes away. I chased a mystery squeak for months and it was totally this.
