Fuses right, this is second switch in 2 years. Could be too much draw from fan, could also be so dirty that it's dragging it down. Either way, too much resistance.

Heater fan switch keeps melting like it's over loading. Checked all grounds, clean, tight, etc. What am I missing.

As you get older you tend to forget these things. I have a 90 4Runner V6 4WD and the manual states use 91 research octane (87 octane). I can never remember what the pump says, so should I use 91 or 87?
